Term & Conditions

You’re most welcome to looking for new opportunity at VPB FC through our Talent Referral Program. Along with controlling terms, this Program is construed as service agreement upon by the related parties. If having any conflict, the following terms and conditions are applied:

• All individual who is working at VPB FC is eligible for becoming a Referrer, excluding the members in BODs, CEO, Deputy CEO, Talent Acquisition Department or external vendor to work at VPB FC.

• Only successfully referrals via Talent Referral system within the deadline given are eligible for counting the bonus.

• Referrer has to obtain approval from the candidates before recommending them and they also must be well aware that they’re being referred a job of VPB FC through the Talent Referral system.

• Referred candidate has to deeply understand his/her applied position as well as Referrer’s information including full name and position title. If not, it won’t be counted.

• The reward shall be paid unless referred candidate or Referrer has left VPB FC or submitted resignation form at payment period.

• This Program is not valid for internal transference/internal self-apply.

• There is no limit to the number of referred candidates of each posted.

• Such information would not be disclosed to other third parties during this progress.

• HR Management Division (HRMD) is entitled to revise, modify, cancel or withdraw the "Referral Program" at any time without notice.

• HRMD is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the progress.

• The Referrer agrees to be responsible for paying the PIT on the bonus received (if any);

• The cash bonus cannot be exchanged for another type.

• In case of duplicated referral occurs, the FIRST QUALIFIED referral received will be counted.

• Decision of Talent Acquisition Department is a final decision.
