Contributor policy

I. REGULATIONS

  1. Members participating in sales must be 20 years of age or older and hold Vietnamese nationality, with full legal capacity.
  2. Use images and content provided by the company for the intended business purposes.
  3. Sales agents are only allowed to sell products related to agricultural crops.
  4. Do not display rude behavior towards customers that may negatively impact the image and brand of CTI Vietnam.
  5. Sales agents must provide all customer information to the company's management.
  6. Sales agents are required to sell products at the prices set by the company.

II. CALCULATION OF COMMISSION ON SALES REVENUE

A. Commission calculation

Sales commission (based on the specified percentage) = Total order value - Discount promotions - Trade discounts (the actual order value that customers must pay) - Shipping costs (if applicable), excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) and other fees that customers must pay. Note: The product price does not include shipping fees, and shipping fees or other fees should not be included in the commission calculation for sales agents.

B. Discount rates

The commission rate is 5% when: Sales agents introduce customers to the company, and the sales team provides support and consultation. (Sales agents only need to provide the interested customer's phone number, and the sales team will contact and finalize the sale). The commission rate is 10% when: Sales agents introduce customers to the company and directly provide consultation and finalize the order. The customer may be eligible for quantity-based purchase policies. The commission rate is 12% when: Sales agents introduce customers to the company and sign a contract to become authorized dealers or distributors of the company's products. The commission will be 12% of the first order placed by the dealer. Note: Customers introduced by sales agents will be tracked throughout the collaboration process. If the customer places subsequent orders (either through the sales agent or directly with the company), the corresponding commission rate will still be paid to the sales agent.

III. BENEFITS FOR COLLABORATORS

  1. Sales agents do not require initial investment; products will be sent from the company after the sales agent or customers place orders directly.
  2. Access to company profiles and related documents for promotion and marketing to the market and potential customers.
  3. Support in sales techniques and product knowledge. Provision of product catalogs, technical information, solutions, etc., to support the sales process.
  4. Access to pricing information, product details, policies, and relevant promotional programs.
  5. Assistance and consultation support for customer requirements beyond the sales agent's capability. CTI will provide support and handle such requests.
  6. Receive a 10% commission even for a single order.

IV. OBLIGATIONS OF COLLABORATORS

  1. Proactively promote the brand, market the products, and seek and exploit potential customer sources.
  2. Use the information provided by the company to advise customers correctly. Sales agents must not provide inaccurate advice that contradicts the company's guidelines or make promises beyond their abilities or unrelated to the products and services provided by the company.
  3. Prohibit collaborators from using the company's identity to engage in illegal activities or behaviors that may negatively affect the company's reputation and brand.
  4. Sales agents are not allowed to accept any money from customers during the collaboration process, including deposits or fees (if any).
  5. During their collaboration with CTI Vietnam, sales agents are not allowed to introduce new customers or attract existing customers of the company to another company in the same industry.

V. TERMINATION OF COOPERATION

Cooperation may be terminated under the following circumstances:
